SiteCycle is a business-to-business marketplace; the information below is collected in connection with company accounts, listings, and transactions rather than general consumer activity.

2. Information We Collect

• Account and profile information: name, email, phone number, and role at your company.
• Company information: company name, address, trade/license details, and verification status shown on your account.
• Listing content: material descriptions, categories, pricing, quantities, and photos you upload.
• Messages exchanged with other users through the in-app messaging system.
• Transaction and payment metadata: order details, platform fees, payout references, and payment status. SiteCycle does not collect or store raw payment card numbers — those are handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe.
• Location data: listings display neighborhood- and ZIP-level location publicly. The exact pickup address for a listing is shared only between the buyer and seller once a transaction is confirmed.
• Device and usage information collected through in-app analytics (see Section 7, Cookies & Analytics).

3. How We Use Information

• To operate the marketplace: listings, search, messaging, offers, and pickup scheduling.
• To process payments and platform fees through our payment processor.
• To maintain transaction records for both parties and for dispute review.
• To verify companies, prevent fraud, and enforce our Marketplace Rules.
• To communicate service updates, order notifications, and support responses.

4. How We Share Information

SiteCycle does not sell personal or company information to third parties. Information is shared only:

• With the counterparty to a transaction — for example, sharing contact and pickup details between a confirmed buyer and seller.
• With our payment processor, Stripe, to the extent necessary to process payments and payouts.
• With service providers who support hosting, storage, and platform operations, under confidentiality obligations.
• When required by law, legal process, or to protect the safety and integrity of the platform.

5. Data Retention

We retain account, listing, and transaction information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to satisfy recordkeeping, dispute-resolution, fraud-prevention, and legal obligations. 6. Your Rights & Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting SiteCycle support through your account dashboard. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time, subject to legal and legitimate business retention requirements (for example, records tied to a completed transaction or an open dispute).

7. Cookies & Analytics

SiteCycle uses in-app analytics to understand how the marketplace is used and to improve search, listing quality, and reliability. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

8. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards — including encryption in transit, access controls, and restricted internal access to sensitive documents (such as Certificates of Insurance) — designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
